As Chief Production Officer for PXP, Lalita was overseing production operations for Publicis Groupe throughout the USA. In her role, Lali is also tasked with setting the overall culture, tone, and style, providing inspiring and stimulating leadership to allow work and commercial creativity to flourish.
Before moving to PXP, Lali was the Chief Production Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi, overseeing production operations for the Toyota client. Perhaps most impressive of Lalita’s work was her launch of Toyota’s first-ever global campaign, “Start Your Impossible,” for the 2018 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This included the immense challenge of producing and overseeing the creation of thousands of assets for 28 international markets. The campaign was honored with over 100 awards and shortlist recognitions, including Cannes Lions, Effies, and Clios, among many others.
A personal passion of Lali’s is championing and mentoring women within production and the advertising industry. She is a tireless ally for women, BIPOC, and working parents, while also creating opportunities for employees to flourish. She is personally invested in ensuring Publicis Groupe hires more women, especially in leadership positions, and promotes and retains female talent.
Lali’s passion for adventure has taken her career from her native Brazil to Miami, Paris, Barcelona, Virginia, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Detroit, giving her a global perspective when approaching projects. Her broad roster of groundbreaking work includes brands like Yahoo!, Dom Pérignon, Myspace, AT&T, Ubisoft, Apple, and Toyota.
Away from work, Lali fuels her creative drive with her cycling club, the Fireflies. In the summer of 2019, she and her cycling mates rode more than 1000 km, over 20 mountains in eight days, from the Alps to the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival. The charity ride raised money for Bloodwise and City of Hope, non-profits dedicated to finding a cure and new treatments for leukemia and cancers of the blood.
